Historically noted as one of South Edinburgh's significant farmhouses, Comiston Farm was originally owned by renowned Edinburgh politician Sir James Forrest.

Utilising a design-led approach the Fortis team will deliver a seamless link between old and new; restoring the existing farmhouse into 3 generous apartments and developing 6 new build townhouses to the west of the site. Significant care has been undertaken to preserve the outstanding trees that canopy the entrance to the development.
